Terms & Condition for Packages
- The validity of the package is 1year which commence from the date of purchase.
- Services mentioned in the package is free of cost (FOC)
- Any services not redeemed during the period will lapse.
- To avail the pick up and drop service, the customer should make an appointment at-least 24hour prior to the desired date of pickup.
- Any appointments scheduled cannot be over 14days.
- The package is purchased on a single vehicle and the benefits are non-transferable.
- The labor discount are only applicable to Mechanical & Electrical Services
- Labor discount is not applicable on services carried out in Denting, Painting & Detailing Department unless the require a service from either Mechanical or Electrical Department. In that scenario the service carried out by the Mechanical or Electrical Department is qualified for the discount.
- The oil and fluids used is discretion of Anton Automobile, but the oil will be based on OEM standard.
- Any issues identified during the inspection will be informed to the customer and further work will be carried out only after getting a written consent from the customer.
- Customer cannot leave his/her vehicle with Anton for over 7 days. The customer will be charges 100aed per day in this case.
